The Oculus Rift will be out during quarter one of 2016.
It's lighter and all wrapped in fabric with new adjustments that better fit everyone's face including glasses.
As previously seen on Crescent Bay, the new headset will have headphones that cover your ears. However, Oculus says they'll be removable so you have the option to use your own headphones.
The audio itself will feature 360 degree spatial sound.
Constellation tracking system will determine your position in space. There's also a new sensor for desktops that works with the constellation for tracking. Apparently the input will be as simple as plugging it in to the back of your computer.
There will be both seated and standing experiences as well.
